The Founding Operators Group is limited to 20 restaurants or cafes and represents the first wave of owner/ operators to go through the system. This group will help shape the foundation of the Buzz Engine through real-world application, feedback, and shared insight.

Straight up, your success is my success. I care deeply about the relationships I’m building through this work, and I want the system to truly support you and your business.

As a founding operator, your time, perspective, and experience are valued. This is a collaborative phase, and the system is being built with care, integrity, and long-term impact in mind.

The founding operator rate is $2,000 per restaurant, reflecting early access and the collaborative nature of this first group. As the system evolves and scales, pricing will increase, and this rate will not be offered again.

Founding operators receive early access to the complete Buzz Engine system, inclusion in a curated group of non-competing restaurant owners, and the opportunity to directly influence how the system evolves.

About Me

I’ve spent a decade working in corporate restaurant marketing, including being the first in-house marketing hire at First Watch - by way of Bloomin’ Brands - where I helped develop and roll out grassroots marketing systems for general managers at the local level.

Prior to that, I began my career in New York City at a global PR firm, where I learned how to build visibility through storytelling, media relations, and authentic brand narratives. That experience continues to shape how I approach marketing today.

In addition to restaurant work, I’ve also built and sustained my own local fitness business full-time for more than 15 years. Community partnerships and public relations were (and still are) the backbone of that business, reinforcing what I’ve seen time and again… relationship-driven marketing works when it’s done with intention and integrity.

The Local Restaurant Buzz Engine™ is the result of those experiences, refined into a system designed specifically for independent restaurants that want clarity, consistency, and a more human approach to growth.
