Greenlane | Salad & Wrap Drive-Thru Start Up

I worked with Greenlane for 8 months to lead a range of marketing initiatives — from high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution. As a fast-casual concept co-founded by Rob Gronkowski, Greenlane had buzz, and my job was to turn that into sustained engagement and community connection.

During our work together, I:

  • Created and shared organic UGC 3x a week to highlight the brand story and product experience

  • Managed media relations, email marketing, and loyalty app communications

  • Oversaw a third-party social media agency to keep messaging consistent and on-brand

  • Planned and executed surprise-and-delight campaigns, including an unforgettable Gronk-in-the-drive-thru pop-up, where we captured real-time guest reactions for social

  • Organized surprise food drops to local businesses during the holidays — building goodwill, local buzz, and meaningful customer engagement

  • Handled special events - from conceptualizing to execution and everything in between.

It was the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and hustle — and a great example of how experiential marketing and storytelling can drive both connection and conversions.
